What is Overeaters Anonymous?
Overeaters Anonymous is a community of people who, through shared experience, strength, and hope, are recovering from unhealthy relationships with food and body image. Compulsive overeating, under-eating, food addiction, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, or over exercising … no matter your challenge with food or body image, you are welcome at our meetings. OA is a non-profit international organization with groups in over 75 countries meeting in person, via telephone, or through the internet each week.
